What kind of products Will I find here?
At Ovillova, our core business today is yarn dyeing, but we also dye fabrics. In addition, we are knitters for a long time. Therefore you will find yarn to knit in skein or ball format such as wool, cottons, silk, linen… and fabrics in the form of bags or other accessories.
We have also a wonderful yarn parfume that you can use for any textil fiber but also for yourself, because it is completely natural.
Do you do it all byhand?
Effectively, we acquire the raw material, either by buying or collecting it, and then we dye it and sometimes even knit it.
Are your dyes toxic-free?
Totally toxic-free, that’s our core value. We use two dyeing techniques:
- Natural dyes: because of their origin, they are inherently non-toxic, and we keep them that way. The mordants we use are harmless and safe for you and for the environment.
- Ecological acid dyes: dyes that, despite being synthetic, have a certification that makes them 100% safe and free of elements that are harmful to health. The advantage of these dyes is that they require less use of resources: water and energy.
How long will it take to receive my order / Do you ship to the Canary Islands / Do you ship to Mexico?
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Of course, if when you receive your order you are not happy with it or it is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it but you have only 14 days after receiving your item.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in the case of mistake.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you should then send your items back to our workshop.
Yarn that has already been wound. Sale Items. This includes anything that was purchased during our promotion periods. All sales are final.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for return/refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent to you via Paypal or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Can I make a gift order?
Of course we do! We love gifts and we have several options:
- Gift for someone else: we package your order as a gift and send it directly to the recipient if you wish.
- Gift for you, self gift: if you like surprises, let us know your budget and we will take care of it.
- Gift card: if you don’t want to complicate things and you prefer the person to choose directly, you can buy a gift card.
How can I pay for my purchase?

Don’t worry, we have many options so you can pay the way you like. You can pay by bank transfer, bizum, bank card, paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or even pay in instalments with Klarna for purchases over 30€ at no extra cost to you.
The discount coupon that you will receive when you subscribe to the online shop, expires one month after you receive it.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, our shop is only online, although we do accept visits by appointment.
Where can I find your products?
We do not sell our products in any shop, only here, in our online shop.
Do you offer a dyeing service?
If you are interested in having us dye your fibre, write to [email protected] and tell us about it so we can give you a quote.
If after some time I want to re-dye my garment, is it possible?
Yes, we have a re-dyeing service, we want your garments to have a long life, so if you want to change its colour or dye it the same colour in a few years, we hope to be here to do it.
